Maximizing Human Potential

Audrey Ciccone

As Chief Strategist of Human Perspective Consulting, Audrey Ciccone approaches business issues with a fresh perspective based on a lengthy career working in private sector businesses.

Forging long-term relationships, clients quickly come to trust Audrey’s ability to see the big picture and the interconnectivity of process, policy and outcome in their organization. They appreciate her no-nonsense approach as she helps them uncover practical and fiscally aware solutions which blend with the client's strategic vision and the realities of the employer-employee relationship.

For two decades, she has handled human resource issues associated with corporate start-ups, expansions, restructuring, acquisitions and launching international subsidiaries.

Audrey's background includes a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Certificate in Human Resources Management. She is a Certified Professional member of AHRI (CAHRI) in Australia and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in Canada. In 2009, Audrey obtained the Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified (H.R.C.C.C.) designation from The Directors College (a joint venture of McMaster University and The Conference Board of Canada).
